10th August 2018 - Government Ban announced on Plastic Bags
Whoop Whoop!! We are stoked about this news!! The Government has announced today a ban on single use plastic bags.
We have an aim of taking out 5 million single use plastic bags from landfill. We help parents and ECE centres across Aotearoa to substitute single use plastic bags with our bags for life - TIKA bags. We estimate that for every child in preschool, they are inadvertently using approx. 200 plastic bags a year - our products can help make that number zero.
To celebrate the Government ban, we are going to send Jacinda a TIKA Junior wetbag for little Neve with our compliements. To read more about the ban, click on the link below:
